Earning Triumph points (often called "Triumph-bonus") is largely about where you shop and how you pay. As of 2026, the standard rate is 1% bonus on almost everything you buy at Ultra stores, but there are ways to boost this significantly.
1. Daily Groceries (The Basics)
You earn points automatically at these stores if your bank card is registered or if you scan your digital Trumf card:
1% Bonus: KIWI, MENY, SPAR, Joker, Nærbutikken, CC Mat, and Jacob's.
Trippel-Triumph Thursdays: On specific Thursdays (usually once a month), this bonus jumps to 3%.
Joker Glad Mandag: You get a 5% bonus every Monday at Joker if you have "Joker GLAD" activated.
2. Specialized Grocery Boosts
MENY MER: Provides personal coupons (often 20–30% off) and extra bonuses on specific product categories like "fiskemiddag" (fish dinners) or "taco friday" (taco meals) which give 40% extra bonus points.
3. Partner Stores & Services
You can earn points outside the grocery aisle as well:
Fuel: Earn 35–40 øre per liter at Esso and Shell stations.
Power & Mobile: * Fjordkraft: 1% bonus on your electricity consumption.
Talkmore: Up to 4% bonus on your monthly mobile bill (and often a large welcome bonus of 500–1000 NOK in points).
Shopping: Mester Grønn (flowers) and Norli (books) both offer a 1% Triumph bonus.
